With the new financial year arriving, Tales Toolkit was looking to make plans for the coming year to help improve sales and brand awareness. Following 2 weeks of research and consideration, I put together a comprehensive presentation with a strategy for the coming year. Budgeting was a key consideration and so a large portion of the presentation is dedicated to ideas that require minimal financial investment.
As a socially conscious organisation, it is also essential that any marketing strategies are ethical and justifiable. However, continuing to be a viable business requires balancing ethics with economy which leads to difficult decisions. It is key to Tales Toolkit’s future business strategy that alternative routes to financial stability are considered so that the team can continue to serve the schools and children who will most benefit from the product.
